job summary: The successful candidate will be responsible for processing Service Desk requests from enterprise corporate end users. The candidate will require strong communication, technical and documentation skills for the coordination of service tickets. This role requires strict attention to detail and the ability to multitask. It is preferred that this individual has and will maintain an understanding of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within an IT department.

- 4:30 PM) qualifications: Requirements General understanding of IT concepts, practices, and principlesExperience with managing of customer requestsWorking knowledge of MS Office products Have at least 3+ mostly continuous years’ experience answering callsProfessional customer service and phone mannersBe versed in Windows 10 and aboveOffice 365Remote desktop experienceAssisting remote users with VPN and CITRIX issuesActive DirectoryWorking knowledge of ticketing software skills: Strict attention to detailEffective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsExposure to Chat a plusExposure to ITIL a plus
