Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair a variety of tech devices including phones, laptops, and computers Perform hardware and software troubleshooting to identify issues and recommend solutions Conduct repairs efficiently and accurately, adhering to company standards and guidelines Provide timely updates to customers regarding the status of their repairs Offer additional products and services to enhance the customer experience and drive revenue Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper handling of tools and equipment Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting any discrepancies

Skills:
