Job Description
Desktop Support Technician 4.7 4.7 out of 5 stars 1 Crawfords Corner Rd, Holmdel, NJ 07733 Primary duties will include standard desktop/Laptop break/fix items. Candidate must be detailed and process oriented, able to work independently following detailed steps and be able to document troubleshooting steps taken and maintain daily ServiceNow ticket status.
General Daily Task:
- Receive user calls and offer remote or on-site support.
- Troubleshoot system, office, hardware, and business applications
- Management and installation of equipment in the meeting room (projector, laptop, and videoconference)
Job Types:

$24.70 – $31.00 per hour Expected hours: 8 per week
