The client approximates that this project will be a 3-6 month contract to hire. However, there is no guarantee of employment for any length of time.

Pay Rate Range:

$23-25/hr (Apex Systems offers weekly pay) Day to Day Responsibilities/typical day look like: Computer hardware, software and mobile phone troubleshooting. Receive user calls and offer remote or on-site support. Troubleshoot system, office, hardware, and business applications Management and installation of equipment in the meeting room (projector, laptop, and videoconference) Monitor calls, incidents and requests using client provided ServiceNow tool Maintains, upgrades, replaces, identifies, and analyzes defective hardware or software. Documents, maintains, upgrades, or replaces hardware and software systems. Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security, and systems groups. Represents CompuCom in a professional and businesslike manner and communicates effectively with customers and associates. Hire Requirements:

Must be self-motivated. Candidates should have 1-3 years’ experience supporting PC Hardware and software. Tech should be able to confidently and safely lift up to 50 lbs as well as be able to navigate between buildings and the production floor to support users. Works well independently as well as within a team. Top 2 skills: Desktop Support and Customer Service.
