As a MobileTek Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional technical support and ensuring a seamless user experience. Your role will involve troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and offering guidance on our mobile products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Troubleshoot and resolve issues for customers on a proprietary application by phone, email and remote meetings working directly with customers Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely resolution Perform Quality Assurance testing on new application versions Train oncoming customers in setup and use of the application Perform other support-related duties as assigned

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Strong working knowledge of mobile devices (Android and iOS), as well as Windows PC environment Motivated to learn and grow, and to accept new challenges Ability to contribute in a team-oriented setting Excellent customer service and troubleshooting skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years experience in a Software Support or Help Desk position
