Strong knowledge with Windows OS and iOS devices Configuration, deployment of the assets for Corp users and retail stores: Laptops, Desktops, Docking stations, Mobile phones, Ipads, iPods, Monitors, Printers, Keyboard and mice, Ticket printers, POS units, PDT guns, symbol scanners, POS Peripherals and RFID scanners Strong problem resolution skills with ability to identify, diagnose and resolve application defects. Assisting users with solving issues with proper process Providing information to the End Users, including feedback on Incident tracking and Service request status to tickets Deployment / shipping equipment to stores and users as applicable Installation support for standard software and propose process for new application requests Technical troubleshooting skills Incident and Request Management Excellent customer service skills to handle Techbar operations Strong understanding of EUC environment and managing business relationship Experience with ITIL based systems such as ServiceNow Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and vendors. Ability to function in a team environment effectively and professionally. Ability to function independently, have flexibility, personal integrity.

Experience needed:
