A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a ServiceDesk Analyst.

12 Months The ideal candidate will have:
- Engagecustomer base through the detailed intake of calls into the servicedesk via multiple mediums (phone, email, walk up and self-serviceportal). Appropriately attempts to resolve immediately and wherenecessary escalate to the appropriate Service Team (ServiceDelivery, Production Support, etc).
- Mentors junior staff andassists in their development. Acts as a point of escalation forissues.
- 1-2 years junior management experience
- Configure,deploy, troubleshoot, and coordinate repair of hardware such aslaptops and mobile devices at the service desk.
- Create/Review ITknowledge articles for end user support portal and play active rolein supporting the portal.
- Contact customers to gather allrequired data to facilitate resolution of customer issues/requestsand be responsible to maintain customer communication throughoutthe resolution process.
- When necessary, manage the communicationsout to the IT customer base regarding incident/problems and outages
Required:
- 2 years’ experience Imaging, Configuring, Deploying andTroubleshooting hardware (PC and iOS devices)
- 3-5 years’ ServiceDesk/Technical Support experience
- Excellent customer serviceskills (via phone and face to face)
- Excellent communicationskills (both verbal as well as written)
- Meticulous attention todetail
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Fluentspeaking and writing in English (Multi-lingual Portuguese a plus)
- Experience with handling and proper routes of ITSM call tickets,call resolution, transition of calls to proper service area whenappropriate.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS

- : $28 – $32 hour.
- Pay range offered to a successfulcandidate will be based on several factors, including thecandidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific jobduties, certifications, etc.
