Application/Cloud Support Engineer
Basking Ridge, NJ
Long term contract
Preferred Background:
Experience in Mobile Device Application Sync vs. Backup processes
Experience in Mobile, Web based, and installed applications providing the same service
Customer Account Investigation and troubleshooting experience
Customer communication experience in a technical field
Experience in establishing an audit trail for event history
Additional Preferred Experience & Requirements:
Independent worker but willing to request timely assistance
Experience with Jira and Service Now ticketing systems
Consistent and frequent review and update of related documentation
Scripting (Regex) knowledge preferred
Experience with Splunk, ThoughtSpot, and Kibana also preferred
Quick learner of 3rd party and internal application products
Analytical thinking and problem solving
Able to follow established processes but also be able to adapt to edge cases/scenarios
Attention to detail when interacting with customers as it represents the team as a whole
