Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Help Desk Support professional with a strong background in Microsoft cloud technologies, systems administration, Veeam backup solutions, end-user support, and VoIP systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory), Windows Server environments, Veeam backup platforms, VoIP telephony systems, as well as technologies such as ConnectWise, Barracuda, Meraki, Ubiquiti, and SentinelOne. This role involves providing technical assistance to end-users, ensuring the seamless operation of IT systems, and contributing to the deployment and maintenance of cloud-based solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level support for Microsoft Entra ID, Windows Server, Veeam, VoIP, and key technologies (ConnectWise, Barracuda, Meraki, Ubiquiti, SentinelOne) via phone, email, and ticketing.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across various platforms, escalating complex problems as needed.
  • Assist in configuring and maintaining IT infrastructures (Veeam, Barracuda, Meraki/Ubiquiti devices, SentinelOne) to ensure optimal performance.
  • Support setup and troubleshooting of cloud services and on-premise devices (Meraki/Ubiquiti access points, routers, firewalls).
  • Ensure Veeam backup integrity, manage Barracuda security, and maintain endpoint protection with SentinelOne.
  • Provide efficient, user-friendly support for hardware, software, connectivity, and cloud services.
  • Collaborate with IT team members to address system issues and support IT/network solutions.
Qualifications & Experience Experience :

Minimum 3 years of experience in a Help Desk or IT support role, with a focus on Microsoft technologies.

Technical Skills :

Proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID, Windows Server environments, DNS/DHCP management, and troubleshooting.

Cloud Knowledge :

Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot, and hybrid identity management.

Scripting :

Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.

Communication Skills :

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Customer Service :

Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on user satisfaction and support.

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Skills): ➕

Identity and Access Administrator Associate ➕

Microsoft Certified:

Azure Solutions Architect Expert ➕ Microsoft 365

Certified:
