We’re looking for a customer-focused PC Support Technician to join our growing support team. Summary As a PC Support Technician, you will be the first point of contact for our customers when they need help with their systems. You’ll troubleshoot a wide range of technical issues and provide clear, professional support through phone, email, and remote access. This is an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with cutting-edge hardware and support a community that values excellence. Responsibilities Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote desktop tools . Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on custom-built desktops and laptops. Assist customers with setup and unboxing Assist customers with system updates, reimaging, and part replacements. Document support cases thoroughly and escalate complex issues when necessary. Communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical users. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective and empathetic communication. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve recurring technical issues.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
1+ years of experience in technical support or PC repair. Strong knowledge of PC hardware components and configuration. Familiarity with Windows operating systems and common software issues. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable working with customers directly and guiding them step-by-step. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred :
PC assembly experience Familiarity with gaming systems and enthusiast-grade PC hardware CompTIA A+ certification or similar is a plus.
