Compensation:

DOE Key Responsibilities:

Recommend appropriate oil mist and liquid filtration systems based on client needs Provide remote and on-site technical support for filtration equipment Troubleshoot and resolve system performance issues Assist with system installation and commissioning Maintain accurate documentation of service calls, maintenance, and inspections Deliver training to customers and internal staff on system usage and upkeep Collaborate with engineering to recommend product improvements Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards Coordinate production assembly with factory and warehouse teams

Requirements:

Mechanical and electrical aptitude required Strong knowledge of oil mist and liquid filtration systems Familiarity with machine tool processes and industrial maintenance practices Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills Proficient in diagnostic tools and related software Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and within a team environment Valid driver’s license and passport Willing and able to travel throughout the U.S., Mexico, and Canada Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field (preferably in filtration or machine tool industries)
