JOB SUMMARY
VNA of Albany is currently seeking for an experienced Electronic Medical Record (EMR) support Specialist to join our IT team. This individual will be responsible to support and maintain clinical information system. In addition, this individual will be responsible for answering questions about software functionality, troubleshooting software issues, training new users.
QUALIFICATIONS
The individual must have the following
Qualifications:
- a good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and an electronic medical record (EMR)system
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer science or related discipline
- Must have experience in Healthcare
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Excellent Communication Skill
