Job Responsibilities:
Candidate will be responsible for daily server maintenance and support calls. Accurately logging, ticketing, and tracking of all calls, providing accurate and professional resolution on all support issues, timely follow up calls, and accurately resolving all assigned “trouble” tickets. Excellent communication, customer service, time management, conflict resolution, and problem determination/resolution skills are a must.

Requirements:
Place HIGH level of importance on customer service 2-3 years’ experience in a Corporate Server environment Extensive knowledge of Windows 10 and 11, Server 2022, AD, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy and DFS and Microsoft 365 Hybrid environment Experience with VMware EXSi, SAN devices, Dell Servers and networking/networking tools Strong troubleshooting skills. - 2 years’ experience in a Corporate Server environment with 50 plus users Excellent written communication skills for composing internal and external emails as well as updating ticket logs
TYPICAL DUTIES
: 1. Monitors AAAHV’s Help Desk operations, ensuring support tickets are resolved in a timely and professional manner. 2. Supports daily operations of AAAHV’s backup infrastructure, including scheduling, offsite rotation, recovery testing, and restoration activities. 3. Provides hardware and software support for user workstations, laptops, tablets, printers, monitors, and other peripherals. 4. Administers and troubleshoots physical and virtual server environments, including Windows Server 2022 and VMware vSphere. 5. Maintains and updates software systems including Microsoft 365, Windows 11, and line-of-business applications; manages licensing and compliance. 6. Manages and supports Windows and mobile device deployment, configuration, and compliance using Microsoft Intune. 7. Oversees mobile device management, including enrollment, configuration, policy enforcement, troubleshooting, and end-user support. 8. Assists with identity and access management using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including user lifecycle tasks, conditional access, and MFA. 9. Monitors and responds to security events and alerts via Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Defender for Office 365. 10. Supports local and remote networking equipment such as switches, firewalls, and access points; assists with structured cabling and network troubleshooting. 11. Provides support for telephony systems, including VoIP and legacy analog systems. 12. Acts as a first line of support for member-facing website issues, escalating as necessary. 13. Assists with monitoring and reporting on acceptable use of Club internet resources and escalates concerns to management. 14. Participates in IT projects, system upgrades, and process improvements. 15. Other duties as assigned. Ability to lift 50 lbs. An Associate’s Degree or equivalent Technical Certification Additional skills but not required are: Experience with Mobile Technology Management and Experience with ShoreTel or VOIP.
