If you enjoy variety in your day, from onboarding new hires to troubleshooting critical IT issues, we want to meet you. What You’ll Do

• Serve as the go-to for in-house IT support, including Help Desk functions
• Facilitate smooth onboarding for new employees, ensuring technology and systems are ready
• Provide technical assistance across key platforms and systems (details shared during interview)
• Collaborate with rotating shifts of Customer Service Representatives to ensure consistent support coverage Your Schedule

• Standard:

  Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm

• Occasional flexibility requested for evenings or weekends—let’s chat about your availability
