 Description We are looking for a Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Bronx, New York. This is a Contract-to-permanent position, ideal for professionals passionate about technology and education. In this role, you will assist teachers and students with technical support, ensuring smooth operations in classrooms for grades Pre-K through 5th.

Responsibilities:

Provide on-site technical support to teachers in classrooms, addressing hardware and software issues promptly. Assist with the setup and configuration of computers and iPads for students and staff. Support students in utilizing Google Classroom tools effectively for their learning activities. Offer guidance to staff on using Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Teams for collaboration and productivity. Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity or device issues to minimize disruptions in the learning environment. Ensure all classroom technology is functioning optimally and meets the needs of educators and students. Collaborate with school personnel to identify and implement solutions for recurring technical challenges. Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions to improve future support processes. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in desktop or technical support roles. Familiarity with iPads and their applications in educational settings. Proficiency in Google Suite, including Google Classroom. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Teams. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Excellent communication skills to interact with educators, students, and staff effectively.
