Desktop Support Engineer
Position:
Desktop Engineer
Location:
Bronx, NY(Onsite)
Work Schedule is
WED, THURS, FRI, SAT, SUN
(MON & TUES
- OFF)
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in IT support, with a focus on desktop and printer troubleshooting
- This position is exclusively work from office (Bronx)
- Preferable candidates should be closer to Bronx, NY
- Valid driving license and access to a car are required
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with day-to-day functionality and efficiency
- Provide IT support for desktops
, printers, peripherals, telephone systems, and cellular devices at the designated location - Respond to customer requests effectively and communicate with them to resolve issues
- Basic knowledge of desktop and printer troubleshooting is essential
