Information Technology Mandatory Skills and Experience Technical Expertise :

7+ years of experience in Desktop Management and Infrastructure Services. Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows 10/11 OS, hardware, and enterprise applications. Proficiency in PC hardware, software, operating systems, directory services, printing, and applications. Expertise in installation and configuration of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals. Solid understanding of O365, Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, Networking, and Firewalls.

Application and Device Support :

Re-imaging devices and reinstalling/configuring applications. Experience supporting applications, including coordination with second-level teams.

Printer support:

Network configuration, driver installation, and vendor coordination.

Ticket and Service Management :

Experience using IT service management systems like ServiceNow or Remedy. Managing ticket queues and resolving issues within SLAs. Incident and problem management aligned with ITIL processes.

Vendor and Event Coordination :

Coordinating with third-party vendors for hardware replacements and support. Providing IT support for events, including venue coordination and on-site/off-site support.

Documentation and Process Development :

Developing and maintaining standard configurations and documentation (KB/KEDB and SOPs).

Soft Skills :

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills for managing multiple stakeholders. Ability to collaborate with users, senior management, IT teams, project teams, and vendors.
