Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm, flexible once training is completed. SUMMARY This entry-level position provides fundamental IT support while developing skills in infrastructure management and system administration. This role offers opportunities for growth and learning within a supportive IT team environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate fundamental IT knowledge, strong problem-solving abilities, eagerness to learn, and excellent customer service skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide first-level help desk support for end users Troubleshoot hardware and software issues Assist with computer setup and configuration Support basic network connectivity issues Help maintain IT inventory and asset management Assist with basic account management and access controls Document solutions and maintain knowledge base Support mobile device deployment and basic troubleshooting Shadow senior IT staff to learn advanced systems and processes Participate in training programs and skill development Assist in documentation of IT processes and procedures Learn organizational IT infrastructure and security practices Develop understanding of business applications and systems Maintain IT equipment inventory Process basic service requests Assist with software installations and updates Help maintain system documentation Support basic user training sessions Assist with routine maintenance tasks Performs other duties as assigned or that may develop Management has the right to add or change the duties of this position at any time.

EXPERIENCE
Required:
High School Diploma or
GED, 1-2
years of technical support experience
Preferred:
Associate’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field preferred, Help desk or customer service experience, technical certifications a plus (A+, Network+).
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must maintain valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
