We’re currently seeking a reliable, customer-focused Level 1 Helpdesk Technician to join our team.
Job Summary:
The Level 1 IT Support Technician will be responsible for providing front-line technical support both from the office and on-site at client locations. Approximately 35% of the role includes field work, so a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license are required. This is a 100% in-office role—no remote or hybrid work options are available.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Level 1 IT support via phone, email, and in person for desktops, laptops, printers, and other endpoints Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic networking issues across multiple client environments Perform system maintenance, patching, and user support Document work in the ticketing system and escalate complex issues as needed Deliver on-site technical support at client locations (approximately 35% of the time) Maintain strong client relationships through professional and responsive service
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of hands-on IT experience (preferably in an MSP or similar environment) Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license (required for field work) Working knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking concepts Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple tasks Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
