- Level 1 Plainview, NY Full Time Information Technology Mid Level IT Support Technician
- On-Site | Plainview, NY (Long Island) Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM
- 4:00 PM Future Tech Enterprise, Inc.
is seeking aTechnicianto support our customer with hands-on IT services, including computer installation, maintenance, and general technical support. This is a full-time, on-site position based inPlainview, NY, and includes occasional travel within a five-mile radius.

What You’ll Do:
+ Provide responsive technical support to end users + Install and configure desktop hardware and software + Perform imaging and configuration of desktops + Troubleshoot and set up audiovisual equipment + Run cable diagnostics and basic network testing + Install and support printers + Handle break/fix requests and general IT issues + Assist with other IT-related tasks and special projects as needed
What You Bring:
+ Prior experience providing technical support in a professional setting + Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle (local travel required) + Strong customer service skills and a proactive mindset + Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-location environment + A+ certification (preferred) + Familiarity with Chromebooks and experience in the education field (plus) + All employees are required to pass a background check and fingerprinting process
