Support Enginer Founded in 2009, Hybridge is an employee-focused technology company based in Silicon Valley, now expanding to New York City. We serve hundreds of clients—primarily in the venture capital and private equity sectors—who stay with us for one simple reason: our people. While most of our client base is in Silicon Valley, we already support a growing number of firms in NYC. This role supports both our existing East Coast clients and expansion efforts, based out of our Bryant Park office. The position involves a mix of client on-sites and light office-based support. We’ll help you build your technical skill set and grow within the company, but you should already have some experience with:

• Mounting and installing TVs, displays, cameras, and related A/V equipment
• Comfortable using drills, setting drywall anchors, using ladders, etc.
• Basic configuration and support for Windows and macOS
• Troubleshooting office equipment like printers, docking stations, and peripherals
• Handling physical cabling (Ethernet, HDMI, power) and basic low voltage wiring work
• Communicating clearly and professionally with clients and teammates
• Working independently in the field with strong attention to detail Bonus experience (not required but helpful, we’ll teach you this if you don’t know it already):
• Setting up and supporting Zoom Rooms and other video conferencing systems
• Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 support
• Experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
• Exposure to networking gear such as Cisco Meraki You’ll enjoy this role if you like:
