Our Impact:
The Desktop Support team provides issue level end user technology and infrastructure support. We are the front line support for all IT related issues at Freddie Mac.
Your Impact:
The ideal candidate must be able to work in a high-pressure environment to help provide consistently high quality service and support to end users. This will help improve customer satisfaction and lead end user technology support and potential technology risk. You must have a customer-first mentality; personally, engage with customers to learn their needs. Be proactive, anticipating obstacles and challenges, and handle your work and deliver real results.
Qualifications:
1-3 years’ experience in a support organization helping end users in Desktop Support and enterprise applications Demonstrated/solid understanding of hardware: Desktop; Laptop and wireless mobile devices (smart phones, tablets, etc.) Ability to clearly communicate technical solutions in a user-friendly and professional manner Proven/solid understanding of Microsoft Office 365 products Validated knowledge of using ticketing tool (preferred ServiceNow) Proven/strong knowledge of software: Windows 10/11; Microsoft teams rooms/Polycom, Cisco Jabber; Active Directory; PingID, Global Protect VPN, VMware/Omnissa VDI; multifunctional printers; Keys to Success in this

FLSA Status:
Non-Exempt Freddie Mac offers a comprehensive total rewards package to include competitive compensation and market-leading benefit programs. Information on these benefit programs is available on our Careers site. This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $60,000 – $90,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
