Job Description
About the role As an Operations Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, configuration, and deployment of new equipment and system upgrades. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues to ensure smooth operations. In this role, you will: Perform installation, configuration, and deployment of new equipment and system upgrades Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Manage and maintain inventory parts and tools. Maintain incidents and service requests aging. Adhere strictly to all company procedures, safety protocols, and industry regulations.

Customer Service Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until July 2, 2025. The annual salary for this position is between $ 49,001 – $92,500 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
