You will make appropriate and safe usage of the IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate must have a thorough knowledge of computer software and hardware and a variety of internet applications, networks and operating systems. Great troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail. Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and usage of information technology and computer systems
• Support corporate and field staff in training and coaching related to IT initiatives and systems
• Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
• Perform planning, development, implementation and coordination of systems, policies and procedures
• Prepare measures to ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
• Comply with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
• Detect problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
• Review and analyze systems, assessing their outcomes
• Organize assets, information security and control structures
• Manage annual IT budget alongside Manager and ensure cost effectiveness Qualifications
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication ability
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
• In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
• BS Degree in Computer Science, MIS or other relevant area
• French speaking is a plus
• 3-4+ years’ experience of working as an IT Specialist or other relevant position
• Significant experience in datacenter management and data governance
• In-depth knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
• Good experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
• Knowledge of ConnectWise manage or ConnectWise automate (LabTech) a plus
