requires a skilled consultant to test the PSYCKES application suite and work with critical
HL7 FHIR
interoperability applications and services. The Expert IT Specialist helps to maintain current applications crossing over multiple program areas. The individual will be responsible for conducting all aspects of quality assurance work of

Selected Candidate:
Design and develop the following test artifacts:
- Test Strategy document detailing how quality will be infused throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process
- Test Scenarios (business entities/objects and their relatio nships)
- Traceability matrix outlining the correlation between business rules, use cases, and corresponding test scenarios
- Functional Test Plan describing the who, what, where, how, and why each business function will be tested
- API and individual FHIR resources testing.
Specific activities include:
1. Create SQL queries to verify tables are correctly populated 2. Participates in meetings with Business Analysts, Developers, and Architects in understanding requirements 3. Analyze Business and Technical requirements, identifying test scenarios based on business process 4. Execute functional test cases 5. Work with data management to acquire test data 6. Review Release Notes with each build for accuracy and completeness 7. Analyze test case failures; report defects using QMC designated testing tool set, which includes Client ALM/QC, QTP/UFT, Katalon Studio, Selenium and SoapUI. Knowledge of Client Load Runner and IBM Rational tools is a PLUS. 8. Create test execution summary report and communicate results to manager and project team 9. Coordinate all test artifacts in common test location in QMC designated testing tool set for version control 10. Conduct automation testing and guiding automation team members in the automation of test 11. Creating and troubleshooting automation testing script, which could be using knowledge of JAVA/VB script, C/C++, and Selenium or other testing frameworks Provide a list of the day-to-day tasks to be performed by the

12. API testing using Postman or similar tools, also writing tests/assertions against responses. 13.
