support daily IT operations including network and server infrastructures across multiple NYC hotel properties; reduce incident resolution time and project implementation lead time; deploy IT hardware and software across properties; coordinate Vendor activities across all properties ensuring timely execution of deployments and service delivery; analyze incident trends and IT infrastructure monitoring; implement preventative measures and decrease recurring issues; oversee support of peripheral devices; perform troubleshooting, upgrades, maintenance and quality control of internal IT systems
