Job Description:
Install software and configure latest software. Resolve escalated issues using existing guidelines, standardized tools or seeking additional help/guidance from other teams within the organization. Oversee the escalation flow to ensure follow-up with the customer until issue is resolved. Perform manual and automated system test using regression and performance test suite then analyze the outcomes. Maintain a deep understanding of Helix Repo Application and latest product support troubleshooting techniques and resource tools. Continuous improvement of the customer experience.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field plus 5 years of progressive experience in a financial or investment services company in an IT customer support position.
Experience must include:
General Repo system processing and overall Fixed Income knowledge. Supporting fixed Income broker services Broker Tech or Dealer Web. Windows, Linux, C# and Windows batch script or PowerShell. Applying business and technical skills to provide root cause analysis. TCP/IP networking protocols and procedures. SQL Server Management Studio and ability to write basic SQL query for troubleshooting. Salary $152,859- $170,000.
