Field Support Technician –

Chester NY Barrister Global Services Network INC Chester, NY Position Overview:

We are seeking skilled Customer Engineers (CEs) to provide on-site technical support for our Barrister-managed service program. This is a dispatch-based role where technicians respond to work orders (WOs) as needed—ideal for professionals seeking flexible, project-based work. Selected candidates will receive an official project BADGE upon onboarding.

Compensation Structure:

Short-duration service (2 hours on-site): $40/hour Extended service (4+ hours on-site): $35/hour

Scope of Work:

Hardware Setup & Support:

PC/workstation deployment, peripheral configuration, and basic printer installation.

Deskside Assistance:

Driver installations, software troubleshooting, and minor networking tasks (e.g., connectivity checks).

Light Printer Maintenance:

Toner replacement and diagnostics

Job Types:
