We are seeking a reliable and tech-savvy Administrative & Digital Coordinator to join our team and support daily operations.

Job Description:

As the Administrative & Digital Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing our digital presence, customer communications, and procurement efforts. You will maintain and update our company website, handle social media channels, provide direct customer support, manage shipping and reporting duties, and offer technical support for our camera systems. Additionally, you will source new suppliers for competitive pricing, submit and manage government contracts, organize a visual gallery of completed jobs for advertising, and send out email flyers and advertisements to both new and current customers.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and regularly update the company website Manage company social media accounts to engage with customers Set up and handle customer communications via calls, emails, and texts Utilize blueprint software to support operations and customer needs Provide software and technical support for camera systems used onsite Follow up with customers on quotes and job progress updates Organize and manage the shipping station efficiently Prepare and submit weekly metrics reports to management Source new suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and maintain cost-efficiency Submit and manage government contracts to ensure compliance and timely execution Organize a visual gallery showcasing completed jobs for marketing and advertising purposes Create and distribute email flyers and advertisements to new and existing customers Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications:

Experience with website management and social media platforms Strong communication skills across multiple channels (phone, email, text) Knowledge or experience with blueprint software is required Comfortable and experienced with software and tech support, particularly for camera systems Experience in sourcing suppliers and managing contracts preferred Ability to multitask and manage customer interactions professionally Detail-oriented and organized Comfortable working onsite 5 days a week

Salary & Benefits:

Salary and benefits will be discussed based on qualifications and skill level.

$25.00 – $35.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
