We’re looking for a tech-savvy, problem-solving, people-friendly Technology Support and Software Liaison to help us stay connected, efficient, and up to date. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for everything from “My tablet won’t turn on” to “How do I run this report?”—helping both field and office staff with the tools they rely on daily.
What You’ll Do:
Be the expert on our software systems—learn them thoroughly, and support team members with troubleshooting and training. Track and manage tablets and iPads used by our nursing staff in the field, including keeping detailed logs of device assignments to specific patient homes. Troubleshoot problems with hardware (laptops, tablets, desktop computers) and software applications used across the agency. Install and configure computers and devices for new staff and update systems for existing staff as needed. Upload and manage software updates and ensure all systems stay secure and functional. Perform basic tech maintenance, check equipment for efficiency, and coordinate outside IT assistance when needed. Great Fit If You:
Love helping others solve tech problems—especially those who aren’t very tech-savvy. Are comfortable navigating software platforms and willing to quickly learn industry-specific tools. Can manage multiple devices and systems. Are organized, proactive, and can work independently with minimal supervision. Have experience with software like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar business tools. Bonus points if you’ve worked in home care, healthcare, or a service-based company.
Minimum Requirements:
At least 4 years of experience in a tech support, helpdesk, or administrative IT role. Familiarity with both PC and tablet-based systems. Ability to troubleshoot tech issues over the phone or in person. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Some flexibility with schedule in case support is needed after hours (rare).
