Elmsford, NY Responsibilities/Tasks:

Provide technical assistance, diagnostic, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Assist with project of various degrees as needed. Provide onsite and remote support for users. Maintain physical inventory and ticket assignment in Service Now. Team oriented and the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with all levels of end users.

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent required
1-3 years experience within IT preferred
Must be detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multi-task
Must have effective written and verbal communication skills as well as an ability to effectively communicate with customers as needed
Occasional lifting of parts and equipment as needed.
