Part Time Support Engineer- Level 1 Fully On-site in Westchester County Certifications – A+, Google IT Support, MCSP, CLA, ITTL Foundation or equivalent experience Essential Job Functions Provide first-level technical support to end-users by promptly responding to their inquiries, troubleshooting problems, providing instructions, and resolving issues related to hardware, software, connectivity, remote access, and other IT systems. Answer all Helpdesk support requests providing excellent customer service and prompt technical assistance. Work closely with senior IT team members and vendors to provide support and maintenance of all applications. Install, modify, upgrade and repair IT hardware and software as needed. Assist with creating, updating, and publishing instructional documents. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task. Must have the ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently. Analyze and solve technical problems by using problem-solving skills. Assist with managing and maintaining all hardware inventory.

Required Skill Set:

Proficient in the Microsoft Windows and Google Apps suite of products Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills. Basic Wired and Wireless Networking troubleshooting skills. Software and hardware troubleshooting skills.

Installation and Troubleshooting of Software Installation and Troubleshooting Printers and Scanners Troubleshooting Chromebook and IOS Devices Bonus Skill Set:

Experience with Microsoft Active Directory or Azure AD Experience with Windows Deployment (Ghost, MDT, SCCM, Intune) Experience with managed/configurable switches Experience with MDF Solutions (JAMF Pro, Microsoft InTune, AirWatch, Radix, etc.) Experience with Google Admin Console Experience with Content Filters (Lightspeed Relay, GoGuardian, etc.)
