IT Technician Position Available In Allegheny, Pennsylvania

$ 19

• $23 per hour This is a full-time, on-site position, working Monday
• Friday from 8:30 AM
• 5:00 PM.

As an IT Support Technician I, you’ll be the first line of support for employees across the organization—resolving technical issues, improving system performance, and helping to ensure a seamless technology experience for our team. This is a great opportunity for a service-oriented professional with a passion for solving problems and supporting others. In this role, you will: Provide first-line technical support via a ticketing system Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues Set up and support new hires; assist with offboarding Coordinate installations, upgrades, and repairs with vendors Maintain IT documentation and contribute to the internal knowledge base Support testing and implementation of new technologies Follow company standards to ensure data security and system integrity Occasionally work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends Perform other duties as needed Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Experience in server, network, and desktop support Preferred certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Travel is rare, but minimal travel may be needed for critical issues.
