You’ll install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and networks while partnering with our teams to ensure smooth operations, both on-site and remote.

What You’ll Do:

Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues Troubleshoot desktop/laptop issues and perform basic network maintenance Deploy new tech tools (computers, printers, and more!) Support remote team members with access and connectivity Coordinate with vendors and escalate complex issues to our managed service provider Help track and manage IT assets and licenses Keep clear records through our ticketing system Train team members on everyday tools so they feel confident and capable

The Essentials:

Full-Time Role, Based in Womelsdorf, PA Occasional lifting (15-50 lbs), climbing stairs, and sitting at your tech command center Collaborate with all departments (yep, you’ll be kind of a big deal)
