Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable Onsite L1 Support Technician for a distribution center in Kutztown, PA. This position involves hands-on technical support in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required to support a diverse workforce effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide onsite Level 1 desktop support Support and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and imaging devices Assist with Office 365 troubleshooting and conference room AV setups Follow procedures for hardware maintenance and issue resolution Serve as the first point of contact for user issues Escalate unresolved issues to higher support tiers as needed Log incidents and service requests in the ticketing system Work with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution Maintain documentation and performance metrics

Qualifications:

1-3 years of IT or desktop support experience Experience in warehouse or distribution environments is a plus Proficient in Windows OS, Office 365, and imaging tools Familiar with ticketing systems and escalation processes Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks Comfortable working with remote and cross-functional teams Must be bilingual in
