POSITION SUMMARY
The Technical Support Analyst will provide front-line primary technical support to end users on problems relating to hardware, software, and peripherals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Diagnoses computer errors and troubleshoot computer software, hardware, and networking issues. Provide technical support to remedy computer problems. Follows up with users after problems have been resolved. Provides training in computer set-up and new technologies. Installs and configures software and operating systems and updates these systems when necessary. Cleans and repairs computer hardware. Other duties as assigned. Education /
Training:
2+ years of experience working in a help desk environment Associates degree or higher or equivalent work experience Healthcare experience preferred but not required
Specialized Knowledge/Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Orientation toward detail to ensure that support interactions are appropriately documented Basic diagnostic capabilities to resolve PC software or hardware issues Proficiency with Windows 10 operating systems Proficiency with modern Microsoft products to include Microsoft365, Intune, AzureAD Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity issues, be them wired or wirless Understanding of least-privilege access and applications in a SharePoint-based organization
