FSIP manufacturers and remanufactures electronics for numerous electric vehicle and equipment markets. Our Electronics Technical Support position is full-time with Monday through Friday hours (8:30am-5:00pm). This position interacts with business-to-business customers to determine issues, offers solutions, and provides follow-up as needed. A successful candidate will have a strong technical background, solid analytical skills, and problem-solving experience.

Responsibilities:

Support external and internal customer technical inquires related to electric vehicle controls via both phone and email communications Issue return material authorization (RMA) numbers for failed warranty products Actively contribute to our technical knowledge-base and customer accessible support documentation Accurately maintain detailed records of daily customer interactions Make routine follow up inquires and update support records

Skills and Qualifications:

Effective, strong communication skills both verbal and written. Ability to successfully work in a fast-paced, multitasking, small team environment Superior time management and organizational skills Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications Understanding of basic electronics
