Job Description
PC Technicians 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars Chester, PA 19013 We are seeking reliable and motivated Entry-Level PC Technicians to support the deployment of new PCs and phones at our Chester, PA location. This is a hands-on, onsite role ideal for candidates looking to grow their IT career in a professional environment. This is a short term consulting assignment.
Note:
First week may include a weekend shift, with a weekday off provided. Subsequent weeks are Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
Deploy and set up Windows-based PCs and mobile devices Perform basic hardware and software installations Assist users with initial setup and troubleshooting Follow documented procedures to ensure consistent and accurate device configuration Work closely with senior technicians to escalate more complex issues
Qualifications:
0-2 years of IT support experience Familiarity with Windows operating systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good communication and customer service skills Willingness to work one weekend day during the first week
