Service Desk Analyst SolomonEdwards Wayne, PA 19087 Service Desk Analyst Our client, a global financial services firm, is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join their Wayne, PA team on a contract basis. On site; local candidates only.

Responsibilities:

Answering service desk inquiries via phone, email, and self-service portal Resolving inquiries and escalating as needed Mentoring staff Configuring, troubleshooting, and coordinating hardware repair Developing and reviewing IT articles for end user support portal Collecting required data from customers and maintaining customer communications

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree 1-2 years junior management experience 2+ years with hardware imaging, deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting Excellent customer service orientation Strong communication skills Ability to effectively route call tickets and handle call resolutions
