U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident Are you a dependable and experienced IT professional looking to join a dynamic team supporting users in a fast-paced corporate environment? We are seeking a Level 2 Desktop Technician with strong troubleshooting skills, exceptional customer service, and the ability to support both in-person and remote users. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests via phone, email, and in-person Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals, and mobile devices Support Windows 10/11 operating systems, Microsoft Office 365 applications, and client-specific software Utilize remote desktop tools (Microsoft RDP, Bomgar, etc.) to assist remote users Perform installations, configurations, and imaging of devices for new deployments Provide Audio/Visual (A/V) support for meetings, conferences, and briefings Manage IT assets during employee onboarding/offboarding Maintain detailed documentation in ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow Participate in after-hours support rotation as needed Perform root cause analysis and assist with configuration management and software distribution Minimum Qualifications U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident High School Diploma or equivalent 5+ years of experience in IT support within a corporate environment Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows PCs, hardware, and peripherals Familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft Teams Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred) Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking and wireless connectivity CompTIA A+ certification required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications Audio/Visual (A/V) support experience Additional certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft MCP, or equivalent Physical Requirements Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs Ability to walk, stand, kneel, and move under desks or in confined spaces Ability to walk up/down stairs or ramps as needed Soft Skills Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Coachable and receptive to feedback Proactive, dependable, and self-motivated Able to work independently or within a team Professional demeanor and ability to support users with varying levels of technical expertise
