Accountant/ IT Specialist Ski Shawnee Inc 401 Hollow Road, East Stroudsburg, PA 18302 We are looking for an Accountant with IT Expertise to Join Our Team at Shawnee Mountain Ski Area. We are seeking a skilled and versatile professional to oversee financial management and support IT operations at our dynamic, seasonal ski resort. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment alongside a small, collaborative team and with the support of an off-site IT partner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records, including budgets, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with a full-time, off-location IT company that provides 24/7 service for internet, website management, and cybersecurity.
• Oversee and optimize point-of-sale systems, ticketing platforms, and rental services, including Siriusware or similar software.
• Work closely with a seasonal team to ensure seamless operations year-round.

Position Details:

• Full-time position: 4 days per week in the off-season, increasing to 6 days per week during the winter, including some evenings.
• Seasonal business setting with varied workloads depending on the time of year.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience required.
• Familiarity with Siriusware or similar point-of-sale systems is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
