What You’llDo:

• Manage day-to-day operations, procurement, data, and clientcontracts
• Own billing processes (recurring, labor, and projectbilling) using Autotask PSA, QuickBooks, and ConnectBooster
• Support project management and ensure timely task delivery
• Provide administrative support to leadership and technical teams
• Track KPIs and report on operational and team performance
• Helpmaintain and improve financial and service processes
• Collaborateacross departments to ensure top-notch client service

What YouBring:

• 3-5 years of MSP experience
• Proficiency with RMM, PSA,and billing systems (e.g., Datto RMM, Autotask, QuickBooks)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Detail-orientedwith a passion for reliable execution
• A team-first attitude andwillingness to pitch in wherever needed
• Bachelor’s in Business,IT, or related field preferred
