As a Senior Developer Support Engineer, you will be working withsome of the biggest names in the gaming industry, helping ourcustomers succeed by providing expert support for our MultiplayerProduct Suite. Youll focus on assisting customers in integratingthe Unified Multiplayer Services SDK and associated services intotheir Unity projects. In this role, youll be devoting yourexpertise with Cloud related infrastructure as well asobject-oriented programming to approach technically demandingchallenges. You will be working at scale with cloud-hostedworkloads, leveraging your knowledge in GCP, AWS, and Azure. Youradvanced debugging skills and experience in troubleshooting SDKintegration issues will be crucial in this role. Youll be taskedwith both resolving complex issues directly and leading technicaldialogues to drive quick and efficient resolutions. Whetherproviding comprehensive consultations and tests for customers orresponding to their live issues as part of an incident group,you’ll be the difference between success and failure for some ofthe biggest titles hitting the market today. Youll providecomprehensive consultations and testing for customers, and respondto critical live issues as part of an incident response team,significantly impacting the success of major game titles in todaysmarket. What youll be doing

• Receiving, troubleshooting,responding to and resolving escalated technically complex issuesfor our customers and internal teams
• Frequently communicatingwith authority and clarity to both our users and internalstakeholders
• Proactively identify and implement improvements toour teams, processes, and products, and effectively communicate anddrive these changes.
• Mentoring and training other members of theDSE team to ensure we are constantly evolving as a team
• Responding to live customer issues and incidents working as part ofan incident team solving critical problems What were looking for
• Demonstrable experience with an object oriented programminglanguage
• Experience either integrating third party SDKs intoexisting projects, or a history of supporting customers tointegrate an SDK into their own projects
• Working familiarity withthe Unity engine
• Extensive experience working with andadministering Linux machines
• Working knowledge of modern cloudfocused technologies and orchestration solutions (Kubernetes, GCP,Azure) & a demonstrate adaptability and eagerness to learn and workwith new technologies and products regularly. You might also have
• Experience working in the gaming industry, ideally backend systemsfor online games
• Experience coding in Golang and understanding ofcomplex database structures
• Experience working with game engines,particularly the Unity editor.
• Experience working with machineautomation technologies such as Ansible and Puppet.
• Experiencewith Prometheus or similar machine data gathering and aggregationtechnologies. Additional information
