As a member of the Elite Support Team at Ping Identity,you will work with our premium customers. You will help ourcustomers troubleshoot PingAM, PingDS PingIDM, PingGateway, and anysupported integration kits. The Global Support Organization is theforemost interface between Ping and our valued customers andpartners. Members of the Elite team are specialists in their fieldand responsible for providing an exceptional level of support. Weoperate a follow-the-sun, multi-site, model. We work with ourpartners and customers twenty four hours a day on services thataffect both their workforce and customers. We help our customerssucceed in the application, administration, and maintenance oftheir Ping solutions. You will report to the Support Team manager.

Responsibilities Include:

You will be the dedicated engineers forour premium customers. Setting up troubleshooting sessions andspeaking with customers via phone will happen regularly Investigateand reproduce issues in your own lab environment. Manage customerexpectations and ensure SLAs are being met Communicate frequentlyfollow up with the customer by phone, email, and internet meetingsystems Contribute to our knowledge base Understand our businessprocesses Sharing knowledge, onboarding, and supporting otherEngineers.

You Have:

Excellent understanding of how SaaSapplications and supporting SaaS solutions operate Troubleshootweb-based applications (through HTTP Tracing tools and loganalysis) in browsers and applications servers Single Sign On(SAML, OAuth, Open

ID & WS-FED

) Multi-Factor Authentication (PingID,SecurID, DUO ) Lightweight Directory Access Protocol and DirectoryServices, PKI, X.509 certificates, and Kerberos Internet Protocols(HTTPS/SSL/TLS ) Networking including Load Balancers, Firewalls,IP, and DNS Linux-based and Windows server OS management Excellentcommunication skills and organization Experience working inhigh-pressure environments Desired Technology Exposure andKnowledge Containerized Infrastructure – Docker / Kubernetes APIManagement inc. Postman / cURL Web-application servers (i.e.

AWS Salary Range:
