As a Senior Engineer at Ping Identity, you will handlecomplex support issues for Ping Identitys global customers usingour products including PingFederate, PingDirectory, PingOne,PingAccess, and any supported integration kits. Our Support teamconsists of accomplished engineers and we welcome new industrytalent to join our Ping family. The Global Support Organization isthe foremost interface between Ping and our valued customers andpartners. We operate a follow-the-sun, multi-site, model. We workwith our partners and customers twenty-four hours a day on servicesthat affect both their workforce and customers. We help ourcustomers to be successful in the application, administration,maintenance and tuning of their Ping solutions. You will report tothe Team Manager. You Will:
Assist with escalated customer engagements Investigate issues andqueries using the existing bodies of knowledge and test labs Managecustomer expectations Communicate frequently and proactively followup with the customer by phone, email and internet meeting systemsActively participate in our community system Contribute to ourknowledge base Participate in on-call rotation
You Have:
At least 2years of technical support with Ping Identitys products. Advancedtechnical proficiency with PingFederate and either PingAccess orPingDirectory You Will Have an
Advantage If:
Linux-based andWindows server OS management SAML/OAuth/OIDC Lightweight DirectoryAccess Protocol (LDAP) and Directory Services Networking inc LoadBalancers, Firewalls, IP, DNS
PKI, X.509
certificates InternetProtocols (HTTPS/SSL/TLS etc) You can troubleshoot web-basedapplications (through HTTP Tracing tools and log analysis) inbrowsers and applications servers Experience with APIs (knowledgeof REST and SCIM) Experience with scripting languages Experiencewith devops deployments
Salary Range:
$75,000 – $84,000 Inaccordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085)the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado islisted above. Final compensation for this role will be determinedby various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
