II – 88765 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES

Security Service Specialist II Location:

Horsham, PA or Pittsburg, PA What will you do?

• Performs commissioning of control systems to ensure proper operation.
• Repair and reconfigure control system equipment.
• Diagnose communication problems and install control devices and other components.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues
• Troubleshoot and verify correct operation of equipment and field devices.
• Install, replace, and re-commission devices, equipment, and software
• Assist in performing job site training sessions
• Provide emergency and warranty service as required.
• May perform installation of conduit, cable, and field devices
• On-Call Duties on a monthly basis. Qualifications will make you successful?
• Two-year (2) degree in a related field required or related work experience
• 3+ years related work experience required.
• Experience with Mercury platform access control systems including Intellicene, Genetec Synergis, Lenel Onguard, AMAG Symmetry, and SE Access Expert.
• Experience with video management systems including Genetec Omnicast, Milestone, Pelco Video Expert, Vicon, and Bosch

Skills & Abilities:

• Solid understanding of access control and/or video surveillance systems.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Programs
• Ability to use Smartsheets and Sharepoint
• Ability to operate aerial lifts.
• Basic understanding of networking.
• Excellent customer service skills

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $66,000 – $99,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
