6+ months Responsibilities Candidates will provide support for system service issues. 3+ years of technical experience, call center experience, clinicalapplications, equipment and/or procedural issues is preferred. Primary contact for all critical incidents reported to the servicedesk and follows all processes defined for major incident mgt. Researches, recreates and resolves problems that could not beresolved by level one support w/ customers, internal depts. andescalation groups. Determines when to escalate to resolve outstanding issues, anddetermines best practices for problem resolution and partners w/documentation specialist to ensure checklists are up-to-date. Analyzes calls to identify trends and leads the resolution of highpriority issues.
