B Responsibilities:
- Provide hardware and software support for end-user systems including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Triage, resolve, and document support tickets using Zendesk in a timely and professional manner
- Serve as the first point of contact for desktop and laptop issues across Windows 10/11 environments
- Deliver white-glove, in-person support for executives and team members
- Support basic conference room and AV setup as needed
- Manage onsite IT inventory, including imaging, setup, and shipping of equipment for new hires and replacements
- Provide support for the Microsoft 365 suite and various business-critical applications
- Assist with identity and access management tasks using Okta and Microsoft Intune
- Maintain clear documentation of all work performed and follow established support procedures
- Participate in rotating ticket queue responsibilities and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
Tools & Technologies:
- Windows 10 and 11
- Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Zendesk (or similar IT ticketing systems)
- Okta (SSO, MFA)
- Microsoft Intune (device and app management)
- iOS and Android mobile devices
- Cisco networking and telephony (basic support level)
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of IT support experience, ideally in a corporate or professional services setting
- Strong customer service mindset with excellent troubleshooting skills
- Ability to take initiative, follow through, and document work clearly
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort with following documented processes and collaborating with team members
- Basic knowledge of networking and enterprise systems
- A+ Certification preferred
- Familiarity with ITSM practices and ticket documentation
