IT Helpdesk Specialist 100% on site, N. Charleston, SC 29405 Ideal candidate assists agency staff with receiving and validating device packages, documenting items for asset management, and labeling assets. Tracks assets through deployment, installs devices into Active Directory, and configures systems, including operating systems and software. Strong background in device management, Windows operating systems, and customer support, follow established procedures and provide feedback for process improvement. Collaborate with agency employees to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to asset management. The position requires flexibility for 40 hours per week.
