Job Description As an IT specialist, you will manage system upgrades, resolve user queries, and optimize our technology infrastructure to align with business goals. The ideal candidate will oversee the organization’s IT infrastructure, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical expertise to ensure all operations run smoothly. Job Duties To Include But Not Limited To Help Desk – support & troubleshoot all IT-related issues. Onboarding support, including equipment and software preparation and set up, employee communication, and ensuring new hires experience a smooth transition. Provide Office 365 and SharePoint expertise and support for the organization. Maintain the Duo Admin portal for sign-in authentication and network security. Maintain all office equipment- this includes keeping an updated inventory, properly wiping and reloading returned computers, prepping computers for issue, ordering additional computers and accessories as needed, and troubleshooting any equipment related issues. Communication to outside IT vendors as needed to escalate issues. Communication with employees of all levels regarding IT or equipment-related questions and/or concerns. Any additional IT equipment or software-related duties as needed. Working Conditions Most of the work is in an office setting. Will be deployed to jobsites as necessary (PPE provided).
